Decades of experience and a commitment to customer service have made my referral based business model a success. Working with a diverse client base keeps me on my toes. I am proud to be the “go to” real estate resource for so many people. I often work with 2nd and 3rd generations of the same family. This can mean solving the real estate needs of a senior, baby boomer and a millennial, of the same family, at the same time. I LOVE that.
When Gen X-ers or Millennial’s are first time home-buyers, i am willing and able to commit the time necessary to help them understand all aspects of the process. When timing and house are right, these first timers are ready to move forward. As a baby boomer herself, I am familiar with the real estate needs of my generation. For many years, friends, neighbors and clients have sought my advice on repairs, and remodeling questions. Now, they are also seeking me out when weighing the pros and cons of resizing or relocating. Experienced with all property types, price ranges and clientele, I focus on staying current, remaining active in this industry and providing superior customer service.

My knowledge of Tacoma, Gig Harbor, Fircrest, University Place, Steilacoom and the Pierce County real estate markets is up to the minute. With a career in the real estate industry since 1970 I have been an active full time Realtor for the past 25 years. As a result, I have accumulated a depth of knowledge that few other agents have. Being a respected member of the real estate community gives me an advantage when dealing with other agents, lenders, title and escrow professionals, something that can make the difference between “For Sale” and “SOLD”.
